I began my professional carrier with Staatsbank Berlin, Germany, and spent seven years working in a variety of positions in the department of Payment Transactions and Treasury including Personal Assistant to their Senior Vice President.
Car Distribution Business
Starting 1990, I began working for more than 16 years for Renault S.A., France, first in Renault Bank Berlin before I joined the Sales and Marketing Division of Deutsche Renault AG as Business Development Manager.
In 2000, I was promoted to the Director Sales and Network Development of Renault in Russia, where I until 2002 successfully implemented more than 25 new dealerships, supervised the sales department and delivered substantial increase of Renault’s market share in Russia.
I worked as Business Unit Director for ARES GmbH, a car distribution holding company with 10 sites where he supervised all sale and marketing activities, conducted the certification of the group for ISO 2002 and delivered an annual turnover of 40M Euro.
Commercial Aviation
In 2006, Istartet my career in commcercial aviation and worked at Alpstream AG, Zürich through 2012. The company provided aircraft trading, financing and leasing services to european airlines. During this time, I was involved in and orchestrated the acquisiton and leasing of a total of 14 new and used A320 Family aircraft and led negotiations of acquisiton financing facilities with international banks for more than 400M USD. I was responsible for the implementation of a substantial aircraft purchase agreement and spearheaded the relationship with OEM, engine manufacturers and BFE suppliers.
From 2013 onwards, I worked as Head of Aviation Projects at AM Capital AG, Zürich, where I among other advisory projects with Russian airlines and leasing companies was involved in the restructuring of lease agreements with Meridiana Fly and the sale of 2 used A320 with leases attached.
I also has held numerous directorships with Irish and Maltese companies and worked as President of the Board of Directors of Gütsch Immobilien AG, Luzern, being a real estate management company. In this capacity I led the renovation and reconstruction project of the Hotel Gütsch, Lucerne.
I hold a Master of Commerce degree from Financial Academy of the Russian Federation in Moscow.
